The experience of being pregnant can be both physically and emotionally demanding and the pressures a modern mother faces include but are not limited to changes in body image, career, marriage and relationships. In the pregnancy yoga classes which take place in Watford we start to explore these issues more deeply through mindful meditation, sharing of experiences and yoga.
Through yoga and other creative tools women are invited to explore the full spectrum of their personal pregnancy experience - the physical mental and emotional - so that they are able connect to their real, intuitive, powerful, feminine and authentic selves . Classes are designed to enable women to feel nurtured, nourished and listened to as well as stretched, strong and deeply relaxed.
