Autumn Courses at Hot Zen Yoga & Pilates Studio
I am very excited to be hosting this Pregnancy Yoga Course at the
beautiful Hot Zen Yoga & Pilates studio in Bushey.
During the course, you’ll explore the full spectrum of your personal pregnancy experience
with breath work, yoga postures and awareness, to connect with your intuitive powerful, authentic feminine self.
Within this very precious hour and half, you’ll be welcomed, nurtured and nourished so you leave feeling strong,
stretched and deeply relaxed.
How You’ll Spend Your Time:
• Introductions with welcome cup of herbal tea and biscuits
• Mindfulness meditation with emphasis on self enquiry
• Breath work including labour breathing and pregnancy yoga postures including exploration of birthing
positions & pelvic floor exercises
• Guided relaxation

Who Can Join:
